Discover Tibetan Yantra Yoga, lesser known in the West with a certified teacher. The postures will be maintained in a dynamic rhythm in harmony with the breath in a continuous flow to improve concentration body awareness. Enjoy a cup of tea, lemonade or "garrigue syrup" and a home-made vegan treat after your practice!
Then, let go and recharge your batteries on the heights, walk while breathing the sea air and practice meditation by the water. Hike in the heart of the Calanques massif, while your guide gives you ethnobotanical and historical insights to better understand this unique ecosystem, its steep reliefs, plants and flowers.
Begin the walk on the tourist path until the crossroads and break at the mirador. Descent into the deep Calanque of Sormiou for a picnic on the beach. Return by the ascent of the pass of Cortiou to finish with a scenic walk along the ridge.
