Built by the architects Renzo Piano and Richard Rogers and inaugurated in 1977, this industrial construction has been a subject of great controversy before becoming one of the symbols of Paris. You'll discover the history of both the inside and the outside of the building: a vast public library, a research acoustics and music institute, the Stravinsky fountain, numerous cinemas, photo gallery, various exhibitions spaces and the atelier of the sculptor Constantin Brancusi.
