    We missed our 10:30 am reservation. We were taking my elderly Aunt and overshot how fast she could move...lol. The staff were so amazing and accommodating and so generously got us on the 12:30 pm City and Beatles tour. We thoroughly enjoyed it! Our guide was very knowledgeable and fun!
