Then it's time to continue up the east coast to North Berwick, one of the most beautiful seaside villages in East Lothian. You'll have time to browse their artisan shops and grab a bite to eat before hitting the road to the NB Distillery. This gin producer launched in 2013 with a mission to develop the perfect gin and after hundreds of batches, they cracked it with the 42% London Dry Gin with eight traditional botanicals. You'll be able to taste it yourself and decide if it really is the perfect gin! Then, it's time to leave the coast behind and head to the Glenkinchie Distillery and hear the story behind its success, see the huge stills and sample their fine malt whiskies before heading back to the city.
