Meeting point:
The departure place is the Sihlquai Bus Station (Limmatstrasse 2), located behind the train station, in front of the Hotel Fred. You will need to check in at the counter marked with “Best of Switzerland Tours”. Please have the QR code on your voucher ready and present it printed or electronically on your smartphone or tablet. Please arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes prior to departure.
What to remember

  • The Hammetschwand Lift is not included (price starting from 15 CHF) and is closed in winter

Know in advance:

  • Temporary Update (valid from 23. - 27.02.2026): Tour will not operate due to the funicular revision. Dates for spring 2027 to be confirmed
  • Includes the "Best of Lucerne" audio guide (to download on your own device) available in English and Spanish
  • Please note that there will be no guide with you during the leisure time in Lucerne and the excursion to Bürgenstock
  • External weather conditions are beyond the tour operator's control, consequently they are unable to offer refunds due to poor or less than ideal weather
  • Refunds aren't possible for last-minute cancellations due to flight changes or unforeseen health issues. Please consider a travel insurance before your trip to cover such situation
