Embark on a 3-hour private food tour to discover the best products of France gathered in a covered market with 56 producers and very reputable stallholders.
During this food tour, you will walk through the Halles, from shop to shop in a very welcoming atmosphere to taste top-of-the-range local specialties. Thanks to this tour, you will better understand the reasons why Lyon is considered the French capital of gastronomy: You are not in the heart of Lyon, you are in the "Belly"!
This tour in the Halles de Lyon is punctuated with sweet and savory tastings: Lyon's charcuterie accompanied by a glass of red wine, quenelle (soufflé with pike and crayfish sauce), local cheeses accompanied by a glass of white wine, the unavoidable praline, macaroons with salted butter, a mini pastry creme patissiere and Grand Marnier and also a mini rum baba!
