How to use the Brussels Card
- Your Brussels Card is valid for 24, 48, or 72 hours from when it's first used in a museum (or at the Atomium)
- You must use your Brussels Card for the first time within a year of its purchase date. Attention: when using your card in the next calendar year, you should take into account that the list of museums and discounts might have changed! The list of museums and discounts is updated every 1 February

Important to know

- As a general rule, it is not recommended to buy the Brussels Card for children below the age of 12 as they get discounts at most museums and attractions (often free access for children up to 5 years and free access or important discounts up to 50% for children between 6 and 12 years old). Also, students often benefit from special fees in museums and attractions on the presentation of their student card
- Please note that most of the museums are closed on Mondays
- The card is activated the first time it is used at a participating establishment NOT when it is purchased
- Once activated, the card can be used 24, 48 or 72 hours in a row.
- For as long as your card is valid, you can visit the same museum as many times as you like (except for BOZAR: one visit per day)
- Please note that temporary exhibitions are not always included as part of the free entry
- Discounts for the various attractions, cultural institutions, and shops provided in this guide are for single use only
- The discounts remain valid until 31 January 2023, even after your Brussels Card has expired
- The attraction list is subject to modification without prior notice
