Be sure to turn up on time as departures are prompt. You need to allow a minute to go through security. The experience is great with no feeling of motion as you ascend quickly over Brighton. There is a bar too and musical ambience. Also there are four maps at each quarter identifying local landmarks

Great experience. Luckily, when I went it was a clear, sunny day. Views were great and I got some wonderful photos. The viewing area itself is very spacious and comfortable and moves very smoothly. A very worthwhile attraction.

Firstly when booking I keep getting a payment failure so was unaware that my booking had been confirmed and only noticed a chance email 15 minutes into my booking time. The experience itself was good but not worth the money. £5 is paid by locals which is more appropriate value

Shared the experience with approximately 40 very noisy kids/students. Not one of those kids or their group leaders showed any consideration towards their fellow passengers. That irritation was matched only by the incredibly intrusive “rave” music being played by the operator
