Visitors are required to bring and wear masks
Visitors over 18 must show their ID and proof of one of the following: a full vaccination or first vaccination (this requirement varies depending on the country) received at least 15 days prior, recovery from a COVID-19 infection in the past 6 months, or a negative result from a PCR or antigen test taken no more than 48 hours before the experience starts. This may also apply to those aged 12 and above
Proof of vaccination or negative COVID test may be required, please confirm the local requirements before your visit

When
- Your voucher is valid to 31 December 2021
- Once activated, each element remains valid for 24, 48, 72, 96 or 120 hours, depending on your option selected
Important to know
- Because of current safety measures you are now required to book time slots before visiting City Card venues. This also includes visits to restaurants and bars
- To help you the supplier added up-to-date information with instructions on how to book time slots with your City Card (per venue). You will find this information on the voucher you receive after booking
- Your voucher is not valid for booking any of the activities. You must collect the Amsterdam City Card before booking any activities
- Please note: you are required to pick up your card in person
- There are no reduced children’s rate for the I Amsterdam City Card
- The museum element of your card is automatically activated the first time you visit a museum or attraction
- The public transport element is automatically activated the first time you use a tram, bus or metro in Amsterdam
- The card is NOT REFUNDABLE but your voucher is valid to 31 December 2021
- In the event that one of the services, museums or attractions connected to the City Card is not available or closed during the validity of your City Card or if you have not been able to use everything for other reasons (for example due to no available timeslots), you are not entitled to compensation in any form
