Je kunt je ticket inwisselen bij het bezoekerscentrum (Rue Auber 11) of in de bus. Download de Tootbus-app om de dichtstbijzijnde bushalte te vinden. Zorg dat je minstens 30 minuten van tevoren aanwezig bent bij het verzamelpunt.

Uw ticket is geldig voor inwisseling op de geboekte datum of een datum daarvoor. Bij de eerste validatie in de bus is uw ticket 24, 48 of 72 uur geldig (afhankelijk van de gekozen optie).
Het buskaartje is geldig voor zowel de bus als de rondvaart. De rondvaart over de Seine wordt uitgevoerd door Vedettes de Paris, gevestigd in Port de Suffren, 75007 Parijs, aan de voet van de Eiffeltoren.
De audiogids is beschikbaar in het Engels, Frans, Spaans, Italiaans, Duits, Braziliaans, Chinees, Japans, Arabisch en Russisch op de bustoestellen en in de Tootbus-app. Er is ook een kindvriendelijke audiogids in het Engels en Frans beschikbaar. Livegids op de cruise in het Engels en Frans.
