Do this because
Hunt for about 10 different mushrooms in a bucolic atmosphere
Learn how to recognize edible mushrooms and poisonous mushrooms
Have an outdoor Provencal breakfast
What to expect
After meeting your guide at the meeting point, you will be accompanied to the hunting grounds. Before walking through the Provence forests, you will participate in a short tutorial organized by your guide to learn how to distinguish between edible mushrooms and poisonous mushrooms. Adequate equipment (knives and baskets) will be lent to you so that you can pick the mushrooms without breaking them!
It is recommended that you wear comfortable and sturdy shoes that you don’t mind getting muddy while you hunt in a small group for about ten different varieties of mushrooms.
During the activity, a hearty open-air breakfast will be organized. This will be an opportunity for you to taste local products such as bread, sausage, pâté, tapenade, mushrooms, and red wine (juice for the children). The search for mushrooms will end around noon when we'll pour a last glass of wine to toast new friendships!
