Die Stadtrundfahrt hat mich sehr enttäuscht. Ich habe nichts gegen Innovation, aber den Verkehr können Sie leider nicht programmieren. Dass dann der Audio nie mit der Örtlichkeit übereinstimmt, ist die Konsequenz.

... die Bestätigung, die man von Musement bekommt, ist sehr verwirrend. Dort steht bei "Wo" die Adresse der Agentur und, dass man "Transfer von der Agentur" hat. Wir waren dann zur vereinbarten Zeit dort und es wurde uns gesagt, dass wir falsch sind, der tatsächliche Treffpunkt steht am Ticket!!!
